Mains Powered GSM Plug Adapter; with LIVE 4G Audio Listening and Sound Detection
The GSM Double Plug Adapter will power small home and office electrical items in the usual manner; however, fitted inside is a professional and highly sensitive audio microphone and 4G SIM card, so you may, at any time, call the number from a smartphone or landline to listen into the surrounding room environment. There are no distance limitations; you may call the GSM Adapter from anywhere in the world, and the microphone will pick up conversations and sound from approx. 20-25 feet around the Adapter.
The audio sound is boosted further with superior clarity if you insert a pair of Apple AirPods. You will hear a big difference between listening on your smartphone and listening through a pair of Apple AirPods. Conversations are easily picked up at distances exceeding 25 feet, depending on the room ambience. Other brand earphones may be equally as good.
The AC Listening Plug Adapter can be visually examined because, externally, it is a normal-looking Adapter. No batteries or recharging are required, thus providing extremely long-term mains-powered audio surveillance.
4G NETWORK COMPATIBILITY
Please be aware of poor-quality imitations. In principle, they work, but low prices encourage shoddy artistry and a limited lifespan. SOUND DETECTION FEATURE
This optional feature can be enabled/disabled by sending a coded SMS from a smartphone to the Adapter. Once enabled, the microphone will actively monitor the room level and call your smartphone when the microphone detects sound above a normal -50 Db threshold. This feature is an intelligent way to know when someone has entered your room or activity is taking place when you are absent.
Note: A 4G SIM card is pre-fitted; however, if purchasing the optional Sound Detection feature, you must top up the associated SIM card with credit (or any SIM card you use) for this feature to function. No top-up credit is supplied.
RECORD THE AUDIO AS EVIDENCE
If you wish to record the audio you hear through the GSM Double Plug Adapter, consider the iPhone / Smartphone Mobile Call Recorder. This clever device uses Bluetooth to sync with any Bluetooth 3.0 compatible modern smartphone so that the conversation you hear through the Adapters microphone can be recorded onto the Call Recorder device.
The Call Recorder's primary function is designed to record both sides of a mobile phone call and works equally well for the GSM Adapter. The Call Recorder also works as a standalone digital voice recorder should you wish to use it as a further evidence-gathering tool.

CAN THE AC ADAPTER POWER SMALL ELECTRICAL ITEMS?
Yes. The AC Adapter Plug is fully functional and operates as a normal working appliance to power small electrical appliances like smartphones or table lamps. It is not recommended to plug large appliances into the GSM Adapter, such as a TV or fridge.
HOW DO I LISTEN TO THE SURROUNDING AREA OF MY OFFICE?
Plug the Adapter into a working mains power, then call the supplied SIM card number. The microphone inside the Adapter will enable you to hear the surrounding audio. The audio sound has amazing clarity if you insert a pair of Apple AirPods. You will hear a big difference between listening on your smartphone and listening with a pair of Apple AirPods. Other brand earphones may be equally as good.
DOES THE ADAPTER HAVE A SOUND DETECTION FEATURE?
Sound Detection is an optional feature and can be enabled/disabled by sending coded SMS messages from a smartphone. When the Sound Detection feature is enabled, the Adapter will actively monitor the room levels for sound above -50 Db (normal room threshold) and notify you accordingly.
Note: The associated SIM card will require top-up credit to notify a smartphone when a sound is detected. No top-up credit is supplied.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO MONITOR MY ROOM PREMISES WHEN I TRAVEL OVERSEAS?
Yes. Providing your smartphone has a strong GSM signal to make the call to the GSM Adapter. The Adapter also receives calls from a VOIP system, for example, Skype, so overseas calling charges are almost negligible.
WILL THE ADAPTER WORK WHEN DISCONNECTED FROM A POWER SOCKET?
No. The Adapter requires a connection to the main power source to operate. The Adapter does not rely on batteries or require recharging and receives its operational prowess when connected to a working socket.
HOW FAR CAN I HEAR FROM THE GSM ADAPTER?
Realistically, the audio microphone can pick up clear sound approximately 20-25 feet away, and the listening clarity depends on the room conditions.
WILL I HEAR BACKGROUND NOISES OR FUZZING INTERFERENCE WHILE LISTENING?
Only if you purchase an inferior product, our GSM Adapter is a professionally hand-made unit that supports all 4G networks to futureproof your purchase.
HOW LONG CAN I LISTEN FOR?
The Adapter is constantly operational and ready to receive your call. Calling the Adapter from any mobile, landline, or a type of VOIP is the same process as calling a friend's number. Remember, your call to the Adapter is chargeable, like the cost of a standard call, unless you use VOIP or have free calling minutes.

SATURDAY DELIVERY
We offer Saturday delivery by Royal Mail Special and DPD Courier, provided your order is received no later than 12 noon on Friday. If your order is received after 12:00 noon on Friday, we cannot despatch for Saturday delivery.
Your parcel will be couriered and fully trackable by UPS or FedEx for orders despatched to EU countries and other worldwide destinations. If you have a specific preference of courier please let us know before placing an order.
STANDARD SHIPPING
Your parcel is despatched with an estimated delivery time of 4-6 working days and a flat shipping fee of £39.00.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Your parcel is despatched with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 days and a flat shipping fee of £49.00.
Deliveries to the EU and other worldwide destinations are not guaranteed within the stated timescales. Customs and Excise in the receiving country may subject your parcel to charges outside our control.
Sometimes, the delivery destination can exceed the flat-rate shipping fee. We try to absorb additional shipping fees; however, in a minority of cases, this may not be possible due to our small margins, and we may need to touch base with you before dispatch to discuss further options.
