Here's how our 15:00pm cut off works
Orders Received Mondays - Fridays BEFORE 15:00pm

We will process and dispatch orders received before 15:00pm for next business day delivery (subject to stock availability).  For example: Order on Monday before 15.00pm and your order will be dispatched the same day for delivery on Tuesday.

Orders Received Mondays - Fridays AFTER 15.00pm

Orders received after 15:00pm will be processed and dispatched the following business day (subject to stock availability).  For example: Order on Monday after 15.00pm and your order will be processed and dispatched on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday.

Orders Received Saturday - Sunday

Orders received over the weekend will be processed and dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Orders Received On Bank Holidays

Please note that we do not process orders during UK public bank holidays.  Orders received on a UK public bank holiday will be processed and dispatched on the first working day back.  For example: Orders received on a Bank Holiday Monday, will be processed and dispatched on the Tuesday.

Note: We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Note: We do ship to a BFPO address.  When placing an order please ensure to include the full address including the unit and sub unit.

Live Tracking Updates

If the parcel/s is dispatched by DPD Courier you will receive an email notification informing you of the parcels tracking status including a range of in-flight options to take delivery of the goods in a way that suits.  Thanks to their industry-leading Predict service, you will be provided with a one hour delivery window, notified by email, so you don't have to wait in all day.  Furthermore, you can watch the progress of your delivery on a real-time map, all the way down to a final 15 minute time slot.

Optional Mobile SMS Notification

If your parcel/s is dispatched by DPD Courier you may optionally choose to receive an SMS notification to your smartphone informing you of the parcels tracking status including a range of in-flight options to take delivery of the goods in a way that suits.  If this option is available, you must select this option during the Checkout Process.

Delivery to Highlands etc

Deliveries to the Highlands of Scotland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and remote areas within the UK (North of the Scottish Central Belt) will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery and may take longer than Next Working Day depending on the location of delivery.

Expedited UK Delivery

We understand that you may require product/s early morning on a week day or on a Saturday weekend.  During the Checkout Process you will be presented with expedited delivery options.  Please be aware all expedited deliveries are subject to additional costs which are non-refundable should the product/s need to be returned.  Please see the Terms & Conditions under 'Delivery' regarding Consumer Right of Return and Refund for further details.

Delivery By 13:00 pm Next Working Day (UK)

Adds £8.40 during the Checkout Process.  Orders must be placed not later than 15:00 pm Monday - Friday.  Delivery will be by Royal Mail Special Delivery and is fully trackable.

Delivery By 12:00 noon Next Working Day (UK)

Adds £10.99 during the Checkout Process.  Orders must be placed not later than 14:00 pm Monday - Friday.  Delivery will be by DPD Courier and is fully trackable.

Delivery By 10:30 am Next Working Day (UK)

Adds £19.99 during the Checkout Process.  Orders must be placed not later than 14:00 pm Monday - Friday.  Delivery will be by DPD Courier and is fully trackable.

Delivery By 18:00 pm Saturday (UK)

Adds £18.00 during the Checkout Process.  Orders must be placed not later than 15:00 pm on the Friday.  Delivery will be by DPD Courier / Royal Mail Special and is fully trackable.

Please take into consideration that Public Holidays are classed as non-working days.

Please note that even the best courier services can run into unexpected delays which are outside our control.  Elements such as bad weather conditions, road works, an accident or incident and other unforeseen circumstances can occur.  For this reason we encourage placing an order with us in good time to offset any such eventuality, especially for time sensitive use of the equipment.

Note: Saturday Delivery is only available in England and Wales and in Belfast postcode areas BT1 - BT9.

EU and Worldwide delivery

When placing an order for delivery to any EU or worldwide destination, a flat rate delivery of £25.00 applies.  Delivery can take up to 6 working days.  If you require an expedited (Express) delivery up to 3 working days, the cost of £35.00 applies.  All parcels are dispatched by reputable couriers including UPS and FedEx and are fully trackable to keep you informed.  A signature will be required to release the goods.

Please Note: Customs & Excise randomly select packages entering your country to assess if they are subject to duty and/or VAT.  It is important that we alert you to this so that you are aware that you could be subject to some additional costs if your package is selected.  Please understand this is out of the control of OSS Technology Ltd and we are not liable for any additional duty costs.
