Car Key Fob; with WiFi HD Video Recording
This newly-released Key Fob Camera now supports integrated WiFi technology so that you can access the Fob's camera settings directly on your smartphone. Record video in pin-sharp 1080P resolution accompanied with clear audio and a time and date stamp. For obtaining crucial video evidence, this fob should be firmly amongst your arsenal of hidden spy cameras.
The fob's camera lens is professionally fitted at the front edge, making filming extremely natural when holding the fob in your hand. Alternatively, you can casually place the fob on a desk | table | shelf to yield maximum recording results.
This WiFi Key Fob Camera HD Pro is designed to an exceptionally high standard without any obvious external USB ports for peace of mind should the fob be visually interrogated. In addition, for your guidance when using the fob to record video footage, a subtle LED will indicate to give you confirmation; however, it is effortless to mask the LED once you become proficient in operation.
PICTURE SNAPSHOTS
You can also take picture snapshots at a very high resolution of 2592 x 1944. The supplied 16 GB SD card will store hundreds of images so that you can mix it up with a combination of video footage and image stills.
FREE WIFI MOBILE APP
The Key Fob Camera uses a FREE app for your smartphone that can be downloaded from the Apple / Google Play Store. The app syncs your smartphone with the fob to easily access the camera settings, set the time and date etc. This makes things incredibly easy and removes the otherwise cumbersome process of connecting the fob to a computer. The app is a genius concept and will no doubt be the future when setting up devices.
LONG RECORDING TIME
Powered by a fully rechargeable lithium battery, the fob will record continuously for approx 65 minutes (above average for a small pocket camera) before a recharge is required. Video footage is stored on a removable Micro SD card (16 GB supplied). To playback video files, simply remove the SD card and insert it into a Windows or Mac computer (no special software or technical skill required) - and all recorded footage is time and date for evidential purposes.
OPTIONAL 10'000 mAh POWER BANK
Whenever obtaining body-worn undercover footage, there is always a possibility that extra recording time is required, but no reasonable way to recharge the surveillance camera between jobs. Thankfully, the pocket-sized Power Bank (measuring just 105 x 50 x 25 mm) will fully recharge the car key fob while on the move.
With a huge 10'000 mAh, it's enough juice to recharge the Key Fob Camera many times over. The Power Bank can be purchased separately from the drop-down menu.

DO I NEED TO USE THE FREE APP ON MY SMARTPHONE?
The app is a very quick and convenient way to access the camera settings, change the time and date etc, on your smartphone and removes the normally messy setup procedure using wires and a computer.
CAN THE FOB BE VISUALLY EXAMINED?
Yes. To the naked eye, there is nothing to assume this car fob is out of the ordinary.
IS SOUND RECORDED WITH THE VIDEO TOO?
Yes. All video footage is accompanied by very clear audio.
CAN I TAKE PICTURE SNAPSHOTS?
Yes. Snapshots are saved in JPEG format with a resolution of 2592 x 1944. When taking snapshots, the fob must remain completely still to save a really sharp, crisp image.
WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF THE VIDEO LIKE?
Exceptionally good! Video is captured in true high definition 1080P @ 30 FPS (frames per second) for smooth, fluid film footage.
WHEN THE FOB IS RECORDING, IS THERE VIBRATION OR OTHER INDICATORS?
There are LED indicators that are very subtle for you to understand how the fob is operating and to let you know when the fob is fully charged. We recommend when you become proficient in the fob's operation to then apply a little masking tape inside the cover to hide the LED and then rely on vibration touch. With a little practice and without looking, you can know when the fob is in standby mode, when it is recording and when you have switched it ON/OFF.
HOW IS THE KEY FOB POWERED?
A fully charged fob will power HD recording for approx 65 minutes (per charge). Optionally, we also supply a high-quality iSmart power bank which is small enough to carry and recharge the fob whilst travelling and can be purchased from the drop-down menu.
HOW DO I PLAYBACK STORED VIDEO FILES?
Recordings are stored to a removable Micro SD card inside the car fob. Remove the card and play the contents on a Windows or Mac computer without the need for any special software.
HOW MUCH VIDEO FOOTAGE WILL THE SUPPLIED 16 GB CARD HOLD?
Approx four (4) hours of video or several hundred picture snapshots, or a combination of both.
WHAT ARE THE RECORDING FORMATS?
Video is saved in .MOV format. Snapshots are saved in .JPEG.
CAN THE FOB'S CAMERA RECORD IN THE DARK?
No. Good artificial lighting or natural lighting is required. The better the lighting, the more bright and vibrant the footage will look. Having said that, the fob will work superbly in a pub or club and other low lighting establishments.
