Yes.  The website operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

HOW QUICK WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

We feel it is important that you receive your item/s as soon as possible, therefore, we always aim for next working day delivery.  Goods held in stock are dispatched on the same day the order is placed providing the order is received before 15:00pm Monday – Friday.  We also operate a Saturday & Sunday delivery service for orders placed on a Friday no later than 15:00pm.

HOW DOES THE FULLY TRACKED DELIVERY WORK?

Once your parcel has been collected from our premises you shall receive an email delivery notification which contains information relating to the tracking and delivery progress of your parcel.  You may also receive an optional SMS (text message) notification providing you input your mobile phone number during the checkout process.

Please Note: Next working day deliveries (unless a delivery upgrade has been selected) could be either a morning or afternoon delivery depending on the courier’s route for that day.

DO YOU OFFER FREE DELIVERY IN THE UK?

Yes.  All products are dispatched completely FREE of charge for orders over £100 (ex VAT), unless you wish to expedite your delivery during the Checkout process.

DO YOU SHIP TO COUNTRIES ABROAD?

Yes.  We offer a worldwide shipping service.  The website checkout will automatically add the shipping fee depending on the speed of delivery service you select.

DO YOUR PRICES INCLUDE VAT?

Yes.  As a VAT registered company we are legally obliged to charge value added tax to customers residing within the EU.  If you are ordering from outside of the EU, then VAT will not be applicable during the checkout process depending on the location of your billing address.
