HOW QUICK WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
We feel it is important that you receive your item/s as soon as possible, therefore, we always aim for next working day delivery. Goods held in stock are dispatched on the same day the order is placed providing the order is received before 15:00 pm Monday - Friday. We also operate an expeditated Saturday delivery for orders placed on a Friday not later than 15:00 pm.
HOW DOES THE FULLY TRACKED DELIVERY WORK?
Once your parcel has been collected from our premises you shall receive an email notification which contains information relating to the tracking and delivery progress of your parcel. You may also receive an optional SMS (text message) notification providing you have inputted your mobile phone number during the Checkout Process.
DO YOU OFFER FREE DELIVERY IN THE UK?
Yes. All products are dispatched completely FREE of charge for orders over £100 (ex VAT), unless you wish to expedite your delivery during the Checkout Process.

Yes. We offer a flat rate worldwide shipping fee of just £29.00 regardless of the destination.

Yes. All products are covered by a 12 month warranty against faults.
