European Audio Activated Socket Lead; with Unlimited Standby
This fully functional European Socket Lead has an integrated recording chipset designed to record audio automatically when sound is activated. The Socket Lead is powered from the mains electrical supply and ready to work straight away when plugged in, capable of recording up to 576 hours (24 days) of audio.
The highly sensitive microphone will easily capture an important meeting, interview, or general conversation some 20 feet away from where the Euro Socket Lead is plugged. Recordings will continue until the Euro Socket Lead is satisfied no further sounds are taking place and then automatically save the audio file/s in WAV format to a removable Micro SD card within the unit.
The recording cycle will continue until the Micro SD card is full. The larger the Micro SD card, the more available storage to hold audio. Audio activation is a super feature to record the relevant audio as and when required without the need to trawl through an entire recording.

To play back stored recordings simply remove the Micro SD card and play on a Windows or Mac computer. Audio recordings can also be stored, archived or emailed to other recipients in seconds.

No.
How good is the audio recording quality?
Extremely clear. It really is an excellent recording product - the workmanship is unsurpassed.
Is the Euro socket lead powered by batteries?
No. It is powered from the 2-pin mains supply. No recharging or batteries are required.
Each audio recording will continue until no further audio is detected and is then saved to a removable Micro SD card within the socket. The recording cycle will continue until either removed from the power supply, the electrical power is disconnected, or the Micro SD card memory is full.
Can I use the Euro socket lead as a normal electrical appliance?
Yes.
Does the Euro socket support time & date stamping?
Not at this time.
What is the standby time?
Unlimited! Because the Euro socket lead receives its power from the wall socket.
How many hours of audio recordings can be stored to the Euro socket?
A two (2) GB Micro SD card is enough to store approx 34 hours of audio recording. A 32 GB card will store approx 576 hours - that's 24 days of audio recording!
How do I play back the stored audio?
You will need to unscrew the Euro socket lead to access the Micro SD card. The audio recordings stored on the Micro SD card will play on any Windows / Mac computer or any other compatible media player.
Can you supply different electrical devices for different countries?

WANT AN EVEN FASTER DELIVERY? Expedited UK deliveries by 10:30 am and 12:00 noon are available for an additional fee, which is clearly shown during the checkout process. Orders must be received no later than 12 noon. If you place an order AFTER 12 noon, you will not qualify for expedited delivery.
SATURDAY DELIVERY Weekend deliveries between 07:00 - 18:00 are available for an additional fee, which is clearly shown during the checkout process. Orders must be received no later than 12 noon on a Friday. If you place an order AFTER 12 noon, you will not qualify for Saturday delivery.
For purchases to EU and other worldwide destinations, we use couriers by DPD, UPS, TNT and FedEx which are fully trackable.
A flat rate standard shipping fee of £40.00 applies for delivery between 6-7 business days depending on the destination, and £45.00 for expediated delivery between 4-5 business days depending on the destination.
Deliveries to EU and other worldwide destinations are not guaranteed by the timescales stated above, and will depend on factors that are outside our control. Parcels sent to EU and other worldwide countries may require a Customs Declaration attached to the outside of the parcel.
