The Credit Card Style Voice Recorder is aimed towards the professional user and printed in most designs, including gift cards, loyalty cards, and membership cards - cleverly integrated with an encrypted recording mechanism with various recording modes, including manual, continuous, voice-activated, scheduled, plus voice-activated with scheduled together! An optional remote fob provides hands-free start/stop without touching the card.
The card measures just 1.5 mm thick and can sit amongst other cards in your wallet to pass visual inspection by the most observant person. Under natural movement, you can start/stop recording by sliding your thumb along the card to capture super clear PCM audio. PCM stands for Pulse-Code Modulation and is on par with Dolby Digital. PCM is also capable of providing high-quality sound with a wide dynamic range and low distortion.
PASSWORD PROTECTION
A continuous record time of 12 hours can be achieved when set to the highest audio and 135 hours of standby time when enabled by voice activation. The integral microphone is sensitive enough to pick up audio some 25 feet from where the card is situated; then, audio is automatically stored in the card's internal 2 GB memory.
Recorded audio files can be digitally signed with a time and date stamp and secured by password protection for evidential purposes.
MENU SETTINGS SOFTWARE
The supplied Windows software provides access to the card's settings to pre-configure the recording operation to your requirements.

CAN I DESIGN MY CARD?
Yes. Providing the design doesn't violate trademark or copyright laws. Cards can not be embossed (raised type or numbers).
HOW DO I MAKE AN AUDIO RECORDING?
Start/stop recording is done by swiping a finger and thumb across the card surface or by an optional remote fob. The card will trigger according to the recording mode, for example, manual, continuous, voice-activated, or scheduled recording.
HOW DO I CHANGE THE RECORD SETTINGS?
The supplied Windows software allows you to configure the card settings to your required operational preferences.
CAN I SCHEDULE A TIME TO RECORD BETWEEN CERTAIN HOURS?
Yes. Using the Windows software to enable Scheduled Recording provides comprehensive time and date options. For example, you may only wish to record between the hours of 18:00 pm - 23:00 pm.
CAN I ENABLE VOICE ACTIVATION WITH SCHEDULED RECORDING?
Yes. For example, you may only wish to record between the hours of 21:00 pm - 23:00 pm, but during that time, recording is triggered only when sound is detected. Enabling voice activation with scheduled recording together will ensure sounds/conversations are captured during pre-configured time frames.
WHAT ARE THE MAXIMUM RECORD TIMES?
A fully charged card will provide the following:
- 12 hours recording - 24-bit @ 16 kHz (highest audio quality)
- 18 hours recording - 16-bit @ 16 kHz (middle)
- 74 hours recording - 4-bit ADPCM @ 16 kHz (lowest audio quality)
IS THE MICROPHONE VERY SENSITIVE?
Yes. The card is integrated with a Knowles ICS microphone to provide superior audio clarity. You can manually fine-tune the microphone level and sensitivity depending on the room environment. Also, the microphone has an audio buffer to enhance the sound while filtering unwanted background noise.
ARE THERE ANY LIGHTS OR LED'S WHEN RECORDING?
A training LED can be enabled/disabled through the software.
WHERE ARE RECORDED AUDIO FILES STORED?
All recorded audio file/s are stored in chronological order (in WAV format) to the card's in-built storage, which can only be accessed through the Windows software. A password can be enabled to encrypt unauthorised access to audio files. Recordings can be played directly through the software via Windows Media Player, or audio files can be downloaded from the card's memory to a computer for safekeeping.
IS SOFTWARE AVAILABLE FOR MAC COMPUTERS?
Not currently at this time. The software is compatible with the Windows operating system only.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Your parcel is despatched with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 days and a flat shipping fee of £49.00.
Deliveries to the EU and other worldwide destinations are not guaranteed within the stated timescales. Customs and Excise in the receiving country may subject your parcel to charges outside our control.
