WIFI DROPPING OUT? NO PROBLEM
Should WiFi connectivity be interrupted, the system dispatches a 'camera offline' push notification after 30 minutes. During WiFi outages, the camera monitors and records functions according to pre-established settings. Whilst live viewing temporarily pauses during connectivity interruptions, the device persistently captures and stores footage. Upon WiFi restoration, all recorded files automatically synchronise with the smartphone application.
For locations lacking WiFi infrastructure, consider implementing a portable MiFi Dongle to establish a 4G/5G wireless network connection. The camera seamlessly integrates with the smartphone's Personal Hotspot functionality (tethering). Read the 'More Information' tab for further details.

Yes. The radio functions normally, allowing you to enjoy your favourite live music stations while creating an authentic ambience in your space.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO SEE THE SURVEILLANCE CAMERA?
The lens is expertly concealed within the speaker grille fascia, engineered to withstand casual visual inspection. Moreover, the unit features a high-quality Peizo-electric microphone integrated into the circuit board, ensuring clear audio within its operational range.
DOES THE CAMERA FLASH OR MAKE SOUNDS?
No. This unit has been designed for property surveillance and security purposes.
WHAT IS THE CAMERA RESOLUTION?
Both real-time streaming and recorded footage are delivered in stunning HD 1080P quality.
HOW IS THE WIFI CAMERA POWERED?
The radio and camera function when connected to mains power. No batteries or recharging are necessary. An external power source, such as a Power Bank (via the provided USB cable), will also provide power.
IS THE CAMERA EASY ENOUGH TO SET UP?
Yes. You'll need a modern smartphone with data connectivity. The configuration process is uncomplicated, and clear instructions are provided for completing the setup within minutes. Should you require assistance, our customer support team is readily available.
MUST I CONNECT THE CAMERA TO A WIFI NETWORK?
Yes. When connected to a home or office network, your smartphone becomes a control hub for the camera. You can view and record live footage or capture still images from anywhere worldwide. You may adjust recording preferences (motion-activated, continuous, or scheduled), enable push notifications, review recorded content, delete files, and save videos to your smartphone's gallery. Furthermore, you can share access with family members via a secure URL, which remains under your control.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE INTERNET CONNECTION DROPS?
WiFi interruptions may occur at the premises. The camera continues monitoring and recording according to your app settings even without WiFi; however, live viewing, push notifications, and recording access will be unavailable until WiFi connectivity resumes.
I DO NOT HAVE WIFI ON THE PREMISES!
The camera can connect to any device that generates a WiFi network, including 4G/5G MiFi dongles or mobile tethering hotspots. A MiFi dongle, a compact portable unit with an active data SIM card (available from various retailers), creates an instant wireless network. Alternatively, a tethering hotspot from a secondary smartphone or tablet with a data SIM card effectively serves the purpose.
IS THE SMARTPHONE APP SECURE?
Indeed. Whilst the app wasn't developed in-house, our engineering team maintains a robust licence agreement to host a dedicated server within the United Kingdom, ensuring complete confidence that your camera remains secure without routing through unfamiliar overseas servers. The smartphone app is available to download from the Apple and Google Play Store and offers functionality suitable for beginners and advanced users.
HOW MANY RECORDING MODES ARE SUPPORTED?
The camera offers four versatile recording options:
- Manual—During live viewing, tap 'Record' or 'Screenshot' to capture footage and images for immediate playback and download. Perfect for users seeking peace of mind regarding room security against unauthorised access. View live footage at your convenience, with the option to record when circumstances warrant.
- Motion—Set the camera to automatically record upon detecting movement (within a 50-foot range). This recording function keeps the camera vigil, prepared to capture video evidence of any activity.
- Continuous—Set the camera for uninterrupted recording until the SD card reaches capacity. The footage is stored in convenient 5-minute segments.

All recorded videos are systematically organised within the app's calendar for straightforward navigation. Recordings appear chronologically on a precise timeline of captured events.
CAN THE CAMERA SEND PUSH NOTIFICATIONS TO MY SMARTPHONE?
Yes. This functionality is ready to enable/disable through the smartphone app. Once enabled, you'll receive instant notifications whenever the camera detects motion.
DOES THE RADIO SUPPORT NIGHT VISION?
The camera delivers cracking performance in low-light conditions but requires minimal ambient lighting. It does not support complete darkness.
WHERE IS THE RECORDED MEDIA STORED?
Manual recordings (videos or snapshots) captured during live viewing are instantly available for playback and can be downloaded directly to your smartphone's camera roll.
Continuous, motion, and scheduled recordings remain encrypted within the app for playback. Whilst these recordings cannot be downloaded directly to your camera roll (unlike manual recordings), the app provides a straightforward process for creating downloadable copies.
Furthermore, you can create an encrypted Cloud account for secure storage and remote access to all your files. In case of camera damage or theft, you maintain remote access to your secure cloud files from any location worldwide.
WILL THE CAMERA WORK IF THE RADIO IS UNPLUGGED?
No. The WiFi camera ceases to function when disconnected from the mains power supply. However, the camera automatically re-establishes its connection to the associated WiFi network upon power restoration.
CAN I CONNECT THE CAMERA TO A DIFFERENT NETWORK?
Yes. Before connecting to a new network, you must remove the camera's encryption from the current WiFi setup. Instructions for this process are provided.

SATURDAY DELIVERY
We offer Saturday delivery by Royal Mail Special and DPD Courier, provided your order is received no later than 12 noon on Friday. If your order is received after 12:00 noon on Friday, we cannot despatch for Saturday delivery.
Your parcel will be couriered and fully trackable by UPS or FedEx for orders despatched to EU countries and other worldwide destinations. If you have a specific preference of courier please let us know before placing an order.

Your parcel is despatched with an estimated delivery time of 4-6 working days and a flat shipping fee of £39.00.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Your parcel is despatched with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 days and a flat shipping fee of £49.00.
Deliveries to the EU and other worldwide destinations are not guaranteed within the stated timescales. Customs and Excise in the receiving country may subject your parcel to charges outside our control.
Sometimes, the delivery destination can exceed the flat-rate shipping fee. We try to absorb additional shipping fees; however, in a minority of cases, this may not be possible due to our small margins, and we may need to touch base with you before dispatch to discuss further options.
