This functional USB Charger Plug is fitted with a digital voice recording mechanism that captures the indoor room environment when voices are detected, or continuously for approx. 14 days | 344 hours. No batteries or recharging is required. Each separate recorded audio file is time and date stamped for easy reference. The microphone is capable of monitoring sound levels up to 25 feet away, storing conversations to an internal SD card. The design of the USB Charger Plug is closed and the unit never needs to be opened because access to the audio files, pre-setting the recording mode, setting the time and date plus microphone sensitivity adjustment is via the supplied Windows and Mac software. This is an excellent audio surveillance product for gathering evidence for disputes, verbal slander, bullying etc.

USB Charger Plug Recorder; with Time and Date Voice Activated Audio
This functional USB Charger can be plugged into most room environments to capture audio evidence for up to 14 days (366 hours). The USB Charger's inconspicuous design and clever operating mechanism mean there is no requirement to open the unit to start/stop recording or access the voice recorder files. Both voice-activated and continuous recording modes are supported.
NO BATTERIES OR RECHARGING
The USB Charger is mains powered with no concerns of battery drain. The moment the plug is connected to power, it is ready to commence recording according to your preferred record mode.
A highly sensitive microphone can detect speech at distances up to 25 feet and store the clear sound recording. An integrated 32 GB Micro SD card can store 14 days (344 hours) of audio before the contents of the card require transferring to a computer for safekeeping.
TIME AND DATE STAMP
Each recorded audio file can optionally be stamped with a time and date, providing an accurate timeline to prove events that had previously taken place.

VOICE-ACTIVATED AND CONTINUOUS RECORDING
Both Continuous and Voice Activated recording modes are supported. When continuous recording is enabled, all room ambience is captured and stored for up to 14 days non-stop. You can pre-set the USB Charger to create individual files for example; spilt files into 5-minute, 15-minute or 60-minute lengths etc.
When voice-activation is enabled, recording will start and stop only when sound or voices are detected above -50 decibels (normal room ambience) and then store each recorded file to the Micro SD card inside the USB Charger plug.
All audio files are stored in WAV format and chronological order. The USB Charger will stop recording regardless of the recording mode when the SD card is full or when 9999 files are reached - whichever happens first.
Note: When enabling voice-activation recording, the USB Charger should not be deployed in a noisy environment, for example; close to a TV, radio or near to an air-conditioning or humidifier. The USB Charger's microphone will detect these sounds, creating hundreds of irrelevant files until the SD card is full. It is advised to deploy the USB Charger in a quiet room environment to capture relevant audio and conversations.
EASY AUDIO ACCESS
The design of the USB Charger plug means the unit does not need to be opened. The supplied USB cable connects the device to a computer for fast and easy access to the recorded audio files, the settings menu, the time and date and the microphone sensitivity.
Recorded audio files can be played back on a Windows or Mac computer. Relevant files should be stored to the computer for safekeeping while irrelevant files should be erased.
The USB Charger can withstand visual examination while functioning as a standard home | office electrical appliance.

HOW IS THE USB PLUG'S AUDIO RECORDER POWERED?
The USB Charger is mains-powered and does not require batteries or recharging. When the USB Charger is connected to a main's power, the recording mechanism is activated and ready to record according to the pre-settings you have inputted.
WHERE DO I ACCESS AND INPUT THE SETTINGS?
The settings menu can be accessed by connecting the USB Charger to a computer (Windows or Mac) via the supplied USB cable. Settings can then be changed to best suit the room environment and the desired recording mode. For Windows computers, a software program allows you to easily access and adjust the audio settings, including the time and date and recording mode by tapping selectable options. For Mac computers, a text file does the same thing.
HOW LONG CAN I ACHIEVE ON RECORDING TIMES?
Regardless of the recording mode (continuous or voice-activation), the total recording duration is approx. 334 hours | 14 days or until the maximum number of files are reached (9999).
When voice-activated recording is enabled, the microphone will monitor the room ambience for sound levels above -50 decibels, and then recording will automatically commence. When the sound level drops below -50 decibels, the recording will stop and the audio file will be saved. This cycle will repeat by creating new, separate audio files that are time and date stamped for easy reference.
WHAT IS THE AUDIO QUALITY LIKE?
The closer the conversations are to the USB plug, the louder and clearer the sound quality will be. Under optimal conditions, audio can be picked up at distances 25 feet away from where the USB plug is situated.
CAN I CONNECT SMALL ELECTRICAL DEVICES TO THE USB CHARGER?
Yes. The USB Charger is functional, but it is advised to plug smaller appliances like smartphones or tablets. We do not recommend plugging larger appliances like a fridge or TV. Do not connect the USB plug near to an air-conditioning unit or humidifier because the low emitting vibrations will cause the microphone to detect these sounds and create irrelevant audio files.

For purchases to EU and other worldwide destinations, we use couriers by DPD, UPS, TNT and FedEx which are fully trackable.
A flat rate standard shipping fee of £40.00 applies for delivery between 6-7 business days depending on the destination, and £45.00 for expediated delivery between 4-5 business days depending on the destination.

Parcels sent to EU and other worldwide countries may require a Customs Declaration attached to the outside of the parcel.
