USB Car Charger; with GSM Real Time Audio Listening
The USB Car Charger functions in the normal manner however, fitted inside is a sensitive audio microphone and GSM SIM card so you can, at any time, dial the SIM number from your smartphone or landline and listen to the surrounding car environment.
The product is ready to work straight out of the box, no additional batteries or recharging are required due to the USB Charger obtaining its primary power from the vehicles 12 volt / 24 volt cigarette lighter socket. A small secondary back up battery provides additional power to the GSM listening functionality for a short period of time when the car engine is switched off.
There are no distance restrictions - you can call the SIM number inside the USB Charger from anywhere in the world and the microphone audio quality is excellent - no humming, no cracking and no interference feedback. The Charger can be visually examined because externally, it is a normal looking USB Charger.
Please note the vehicles cigarette lighter power source must be 'active' for this product to receive power.
SUPPORTS WORLDWIDE COVERAGE
We provide both 2G and 3G models for worldwide use. For example; the UK uses 2G, 3G and 4G networks therefore, no upgrade to the 3G model is required. Customers including USA and Australia etc do not use 2G networks and would need to upgrade to the 3G model. If in doubt overseas customers please contact us prior to purchase.
RECORD THE AUDIO
If you wish to record the audio that you hear through the GSM USB Charger then please consider the iPhone / Smartphone Mobile Call Recorder.
This product syncs with any mobile phone using Bluetooth so that the vehicles environment that you are listening can be recorded onto the device. The Smartphone Call Recorder can also record and store both sides of a mobile phone conversation to the devices internal memory.
Simply enable Bluetooth on the Smartphone Call Recorder and enable Bluetooth on your smartphone and both devices will sync together. Now, when you call the GSM USB Charger the call can be recorded.

The GSM USB Charger is a high quality product for providing additional security of your vehicle for example; in the event of theft you will be able to remotely gather audio evidence.

CAN I USE THE USB CHARGER TO POWER ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES?
Yes. When power is applied the device functions as a normal USB Car Charger.
ARE BATTERIES USED WITH THE USB CAR CHARGER?
The device obtains its primary power source when connected to a vehicles 12 volt / 24 volt cigarette lighter socket. When disconnected from the power source the USB Plug has a small secondary back up battery which provides additonal power for a short period after.
MY VEHICLE'S CIGARETTE LIGHTER ONLY WORKS WHEN THE ENGINE IS SWITCHED ON.
In this case, the USB Charger will commence audio monitoring when the car's engine is switched back ON.
ARE THERE ANY VISUAL INDICATIONS WHEN LISTENING ON MY SMARTPHONE?
No. There are no LED's, sounds, vibrations or moving parts. Simply plug the USB Charger into the vehicles cigarette lighter socket and then call the associated SIM card number. The microphone will open and you can hear very clearly and monitor the audio surroundings of the vehicle.
DO I NEED THE 3G WORLDWIDE MODEL?
Please check the GSM network for your country. For example; the UK accepts 2G networks therefore, no upgrade is required. Countries including USA and Australia use 3G and must be upgraded to use this product.
WILL AUDIO MONITORING STILL WORK IF THE USB CHARGER IS REMOVED FROM THE CIG SOCKET?
No.
WILL I HEAR BUZZING NOISES OR FUZZY FEEDBACK WHEN CALLING IN?
No. The USB Charger is a good quality product built by professionals.
HOW LONG CAN I LISTEN FOR?
As long as power is applied to the USB Charger.
WHEN I CALL THE NUMBER I GET A VOICEMAIL?
The GSM network is struggling to maintain a solid reception signal and this can happen depending where the vehicle is traveling for example; through country roads or parked up in an underground car park. Please change the SIM card to a different network if the issue continues.
CAN I RECORD THE VEHICLE'S SURROUNDING AUDIO?
Optionally, we offer a product called the Smartphone Call Recorder which uses Bluetooth to sync with any smartphone so the car environment that you are listening can be recorded onto the device.

WANT AN EVEN FASTER DELIVERY? Expedited UK deliveries by 10:30 am and 12:00 noon are available for an additional fee, which is clearly shown during the checkout process. Orders must be received no later than 12 noon. If you place an order AFTER 12 noon, you will not qualify for expedited delivery.
SATURDAY DELIVERY Weekend deliveries between 07:00 - 18:00 are available for an additional fee, which is clearly shown during the checkout process. Orders must be received no later than 12 noon on a Friday. If you place an order AFTER 12 noon, you will not qualify for Saturday delivery.
For purchases to EU and other worldwide destinations, we use couriers by DPD, UPS, TNT and FedEx which are fully trackable.
A flat rate standard shipping fee of £40.00 applies for delivery between 6-7 business days depending on the destination, and £45.00 for expediated delivery between 4-5 business days depending on the destination.
Deliveries to EU and other worldwide destinations are not guaranteed by the timescales stated above, and will depend on factors that are outside our control. Parcels sent to EU and other worldwide countries may require a Customs Declaration attached to the outside of the parcel.
