We want to assure our customers that we continue to follow guidelines set out by Public Health England and take the utmost operational and stock precautions to prevent any spread of the coronavirus.
Our working hours remain unchanged
We are open, and our working hours remain between 10 am - 4 pm for all telephone enquiries, pre-sales and after-sales support and by live chat and email. After 4 pm, we endeavour to reply to enquiries by email the same day.
Our stock levels remain comfortable, and orders can confidently be placed through our website up to 12 noon (delivered by DPD Courier) for the next working day UK delivery. We continue to operate a Saturday delivery UK service for customers wanting spy equipment at the weekend for orders placed no later than 3 pm on a Friday. Our worldwide dispatch and delivery service using DPD, FedEx, and UPS remains unchanged.
We go the extra mile for our customers
As part of our continued excellent customer service, if you order any product/s after 3 pm on a Friday, we will endeavour to dispatch on a Saturday morning using Royal Mail Special Delivery so your parcel arrives Monday by 1 pm.
We do kindly ask that customers request this before placing an order or by dropping us an email at [email protected] shortly after placing an order with us on Friday after 3 pm. Unless we receive a specific request to dispatch on a Saturday, the parcel will be booked onto the courier service on Monday for delivery on Tuesday as normal.
