Yes. The license code can be manually reset for use on a different Android handset as many times as you wish throughout your license period. Simply contact us to request this service free of charge.
HOW CAN I BE SURE OTHERS CANNOT VIEW MY PERSONAL INFO?
When data is sent to your online account, the information is encrypted from third parties. You can remove the encryption keys on your account which encrypt and decrypt the recorded data. By removing the encryption keys it is then impossible for anybody to access the recorded data, therefore, we recommend that you do not remove the encryption keys because in the event that you lose / forget them - then your account is impossible to recover even by administrator. Removing the encryption keys is entirely at your own risk, therefore, please note the Legal Compliancy below:
When subpoenaed by a court of law to hand over data from your account, then we are legally obliged to do so and that will also include handing over your Access Key, providing of course that it exists in our encrypted certificate store. If the system does not have your Access Key then all we can hand over is encrypted data and the sole legal responsibility of handing over your Access Key will fall upon you. By removing your Access Key, you assume all legal requirements and responsibilities concerning any legal compliancies ordered by a court of law in any legally valid jurisdiction concerning the disclosure of your Access Key and any digital or printed copy.
EXPLAIN MORE ABOUT THE ENCRYPTION AND DECRYPTION PROCESS
Of course. Whenever you login and use any secure online account, the servers which push through the data so you can see everything beautifully on the viewing platform store the information in an encrypted format.
HOW CAN IN BE SURE THE ADMIN OF THRE SERVERS HAVE ERASED DATA WHEN I CLOSE MY ACCOUNT?
When data is uploaded to your account we use your Client Key and Account Key to encrypt your data. When you login to your account we use your Account Key and your Access Key to decrypt your data for monitoring and/or downloading. Your Access Key is stored in an encrypted format using the Server Key. Without your Access Key, decryption of your data is impossible. You have the option to remove your Access Key from the encrypted certificate store and download it to your own device / computer. If you choose to do this then each and every time you login, you will be asked to upload your Access Key, so the system can decrypt your data for you. Your Access Key will only be stored for the current session and will be removed when you logout of the system, or if your session expires, due to inactivity.
For complete peace of mind, and unlike any other software available - if you lose your Access Key or download the keys from the online account you will lose all access to your encrypted data. In this scenario there is absolutely nothing to recover the stored data, except reset your account by generating new Client / Account Keys and issuing you with a completely new Access Key. Your recorded data is completely lost and inaccessible by anyone including administrators.
Your new Access Key will not be able to decrypt any of your previous archived data as each Access Key is randomly generated. Please consider the pros and cons of retaining sole possession of your Access Key before removing it from the encrypted certificate store. If you do remove your Access Key, but later decide that you want to place it back in our encrypted certificate store, then you can restore it from your active logged in session.
DO I NEED A SIM CARD IN MY SMARTPHONE TO DOWNLOAD THE SOFTWARE?
The handset requires an active GPRS (WiFi connection) to download and install the software. It is recommended that a SIM is used but this is not necessary.
DOES A SIM CARD REQUIRE AN ACTIVE GPRS CONNECTION TO WORK?
Yes. Most SIM cards are GPRS enabled as a standard functionality.
CAN I SEE AN ICON TO INDICATE THE SOFTWARE IS INSTALLED?
Whenever software is installed to any device, there will to be a name description of some kind. This is just part of the operating process and cannot and should not be manipulated.
