HIDDEN NETWORK NAME
Although the device connects to a WiFi network, it doesn't broadcast its network name (SSID) when it's connected. This means other people can't discover it when they're searching for internet-connected devices.
NO WIFI? NO PROBLEM!

HOW DO I SET UP THE MAINS-POWERED WIFI AUDIO AND RECORDER?
Setting up is easy using the secure smartphone app. It'll take just a few minutes to connect the device to your authorised home or office WiFi network. We provide comprehensive step-by-step instructions to guide you through the process.
DO I NEED A COMPUTER?
Not at all. You'll need a modern smartphone with a 4G or 5G data connection. The smartphone app serves as the control hub for the device and can be downloaded from the Apple Store for iOS or the Google Play Store for Android.
HOW CAN I RECORD AUDIO AND LISTEN TO THE ROOM?
The Mains Powered WiFi Audio and Recorder allows you to listen LIVE anytime through the secure smartphone app. You can choose between voice-activated or continuous recording. All recorded voice files are stored within the app under the SD card icon, each showing the time and date. You can access these files to play back anytime and download any voice file to your smartphone for safekeeping and evidence gathering.
HOW DO I REMOVE VOICE FILES I NO LONGER NEED?
You can easily delete individual voice files or format the entire storage through the app, which conveniently erases all files in one go.

Alternatively, a tethering hotspot provided by a smartphone or tablet with an active data SIM card will work just as well.
