Regardless of the size and weight of your order, all purchases made over £100 (excluding VAT) qualify for our FREE FULLY TRACKED next working day delivery. We will keep you updated by email so that you know the EXACT HOUR that your parcel will arrive (before close of business) - so you don't have to wait in all day!

UK DELIVERY TO

Highlands of Scotland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, The Channel Islands and Northern Ireland - our fully tracked service is not available therefore, we will dispatch for next working day delivery before 13:00 pm.

When sending item/s to EU countries, please select the most appropriate shipping option during the checkout process. We offer a FULLY TRACKED Standard delivery for £22.50 and Express delivery for £40.00. Delivery times will vary across European destinations between 2 - 7 working days.

REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY

When sending item/s Internationally, please select the most appropriate shipping option during the checkout process. We offer a FULLY TRACKED Standard delivery for £22.50 and Express delivery for £40.00. Delivery times will vary across Worldwide destinations between 3 - 8 working days.

GSM Audio Listening

Audio surveillance is fast evolving. Unlike 'off the shelf' products we pride ourselves by offering a wide range of customised audio equipment to best suit your requirements. We offer two (2) types of audio surveillance - GSM and UHF technology.

GSM technology uses a standard network GSM SIM card (800 - 1900MHz) - simply by calling the SIM card from either your land-line or mobile phone, you will hear the surrounding audio thus allowing you to monitor and safeguard your home / office environment.

UHF Technology is more advanced and more restricted to use. UHF (ultra high frequency) is a crystal controlled frequency so the audio quality is extremely good and is difficult to interfere by third parties. UHF operates on a transmitting frequency between 300MHz - 3000MHz, also known as the decimetre band or decimetre wave as the wavelengths range from one to ten decimetres (10cm to 1m).

Please Note: We will not sell UHF equipment within the EU due to strict regulations however, we may deliver UHF equipment to a country outside the EU. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
