Requesting the trackers location is simple!
You can request the trackers location directly from your mobile phone. The tracker will instantly return two (2) text messages which will display its current location as co-ordinates AND full colour Google map!

Simply type the co-ordinates: 53.4006956N (space) 002.1552195W into Google maps - the location will show as 217 Wellington Road, Stockport, SK2 6NG.
You can also set the tracker to automatically send you its location at timed intervals - for example; send its location every 15 minutes for the next eight (8) hours etc. This setting is remotely configured by sending a simple text message to the tracker and likewise, the timed locations may be canceled at any time by a simple text message.

Low battery alert
The tracker will send you an automatic 'low battery' SMS alert notification once the tracker drops below a workable power voltage - supplying you with enough time to retrieve the tracker and recharge.

We provide a genuine USB mains charger by Apple (worth £26.00) - allows you to connect the tracker directly to the mains power supply to recharge the unit.

How small is the GPS mini tracker?Very small. It is one if the smallest, real-time location tracking devices on the market.
No. The tracker can be deployment inside small packages, or parcels. You can also place / hide the tracker inside a vehicle, a handbag, or a child's coat for personal tracking.
Do I have to install any software to use it?
No. The tracker is integrated with future-proof technology which does not require any software installation.
How do I get a location?
Simply call the associated SIM card which is inside the tracker from your mobile phone and you will receive both co-ordinates AND a colour Google Map location.
So I don't need a computer?
No. You get the mini tracker's location straight to your mobile phone!
How accurate is the location I get?
If a good GPS signal is attained the location will show incredible accuracy - even the door number!
What does 'Standby' time mean?
This is the total amount of time the tracker will remain powered waiting for a location request from your mobile phone. Once the mini tracker's internal battery is getting low, you will receive a "Low Battery' SMS.
I'm not receiving a location when I call the mini tracker?
Check the associated SIM card has sufficient credit otherwise the location cannot be returned.
The location I receive isn't where the tracker is?
If the GPS signals are weak, the mini tracker will return the last most accurate location.
What is a 'GPS signal'?
GPS stands for Global Positioning System. There are currently 31 GPS satellites orbiting our Earth. The more satellites that can fix onto the mini tracker - the stronger the GPS signal and the better the location.
I need to use the mini tracker abroad, can I take it with me?
Yes. The mini tracker will work in any country Worldwide.
Do I have to subscribe to use it?
No. There are no subscriptions, and no monthly charges or any other hidden costs.
Ive seen some trackers that need 'Tracking Credits' - whats that?
You will need to contact the supplier each time you need to 'top-up'. You will be tied to using their service for the life of your tracker. We do NOT offer any trackers that require the need to purchase ongoing credits from the supplier - we believe you should be able to deal with the networks directly and top-up when you want.
