The GSM Desktop Phone Safe is an attractive small wooden stand to hold your mobile phone - effectively providing secure protection against remote eavesdropping or activation of pre-installed spyware which has the ability to steal sensitive data from your handset. The GSM desktop phone safe provides accurate detection of GSM 900 / 1800, CDMA 850, WCDMA 2100 (3G, UMTS) and Bluetooth / Wi-Fi signals by the intelligent algorithm of the micro-controller.

Installing spy software (or the substitution of it), the reprogramming of your mobile phone, or accepting a modified handset can leave you open to cyber attacks - allowing other people remote access to the data in your handset. Your sensitive information can then be passed to a secure third party server, or directly to an attackers email address or personal mobile device using your handset's GPRS / 3G connection without your knowledge.

The GSM portable phone safe has been designed preliminary to detect unusual activation of a mobile phone (without your knowledge) PLUS a secondary functionality that creates interference to the handset's microphone by generating subtle ‘white noise’ when radio-waves are detected. The white noise suppresses the handset's microphone rendering it useless against third party eavesdropping.

There is nothing more you need to do other than place your handset in the GSM desktop phone safe for complete peace of mind. When the LED indicator begins to flash there is some kind of activation happening on your handset. If this is followed by the white noise sound - you will be made aware of the illegal presence of hidden software installed on your handset.

The wooden stand is small and unobtrusive - ideal for use within in your home / office environment.
