How quick can I get the product - it says its an electronic download?Thats correct. An email containing everything you need to install and start monitoring will be sent to your supplied email address within normal working hours.
What exactly do I receive in the email?
Simple installation instructions including the download link to type into the Blackberry's web browser and a unique license code.
Does the phone need an internet connection?
Yes. The Blackberry must be able to use the internet in order to send you a detailed User Activity Report.
How easy is it to install the software?
Simply type a specific web address into the Blackberry browser bar and you will be prompted to download the software - takes approx five (5) minutes to install.
How do I receive the User Activity Report?
This is automatically emailed to you at the times specified during the configuration (after installation). You have full control of what content to see and how often you want to see it.
I don't want the software to show its presence - is this possible?

Can I remotely install this software?

Do I have to install any software on my computer?
No. The software is downloaded and installed directly to the Blackberry phone.
Im travelling overseas, can I still receive the User Activity Reports?
Yes. Its a simple as checking your email.
I need to change the settings - do I need the Blackberry?
No. The User Activity Report also allows you to remotely change any configuration to the Blackberry for example; how often the report is sent to you and to turn ON / OFF certain features.
If the User deletes something - will I still see that in the User Activity Report?
Yes. Everything the User does is recorded as it happens so deleting a text message or email will still be logged on the report.
How do I uninstall the software?
In the same way you installed it, you will need physical access to the Blackberry.
If the user of the phone changes the network SIM card, will the software still work?
Yes. The software is installed on the actual handset and not the SIM card therefore, SIM changes will have no effect on the softwares ability to send reports. The new SIM must however, have a data connection and be able to use the internet.
If I remove the software can I reinstall it again?
Yes. You can install the software back onto the original handset whenever you wish providing the license is valid.
