How quick can I get the product - it says its an electronic download?An email containing everything you need to install the software and start monitoring will be sent to your supplied email address within normal working hours.
What exactly do I receive in the email?
Simple installation instructions including the download link to type into the Android's web browser and a unique license code.
Is it easy to install the software?
Yes. Type a specific web address into the Android's browser bar and you will be prompted to download the software - takes approx five (5) minutes to install.
Does the phone need a data connection?
Yes. The Android must be able to use the internet in order to send you a detailed User Activity Report.
I don't want the software to show its presence - is this possible?
The software remains 'hidden' to any normal user and will not obstruct or slow down the Android's working performance.
Can I install this software remotely?
No. You will need the Android phone in your possession with any PIN unlocked and in a normal useable status to install the software.
How do I receive the User Activity Report?
This is automatically emailed to you at given times that you specified during the configuration (after installation). You have full control of what content is viewed and how often you want to see it.
Do I have to install anything on my computer?
No. The software is downloaded and installed directly to the Android phone.
Can I install the software to more than one (1) Android? phone?
No. Each license code can only be used once. If you attempt to install the software on more than 1 (one) Android, the software will not continue to work.
The phone is travelling overseas, can I still receive the User Activity Reports?
Providing the internet is still active. Its as easy as checking your email.
How can I change the settings - do I need access to get the Android phone?
No. The User Activity Report allows you to change any configuration remotely for example; to turn certain features ON / OFF or change the time of the reports.
If the User erases a message after sending / receiving it - will I still see that in the User Activity Report?
Yes. Everything the User does is captured in real-time so deleting an email or text message will still be logged on the report.
How do I uninstall the software?
You will need physical access to the Android handset, enter the hidden menu (only you will know how to do this) and remove the software manually. The removal process is very quick.
If I uninstall the software can I reinstall it again?
Yes. You can install the software back onto the original handset whenever you wish as long as the license is valid.
If the phone user changes the SIM card, will it still work?
Yes. The software is installed on the actual handset and not the SIM card therefore, changing the SIM makes no difference. The new SIM must however, be able to use the internet with a data connection.
