This innocent looking Smoke Alarm is cleverly integrated with a hidden voice recording chip-set which automatically records upon voice activation. The voice recorder is powered by 3x AA batteries providing up to seven (7) days standby time and 12 hours of voice activated recording time.

Simply attach the smoke alarm to any ceiling in the environment you wish to record audio - whether that is an important meeting, interview, or general conversation to discreetly capture audio evidence without giving any indication whatsoever.

As the unit is out of reach but also occupies an ariel position - looks just as a normal home or office unit.

Voice activated recording
The smoke alarm chip-set is designed to record only upon voice activation - automatically recording when it detects sounds above a certain threshold. Voice activation not only preserves a longer battery life but only records the relevant audio as and when required.

The ON / OFF button is integrated inside the smoke alarm making it impossible to know its secret functionality. Simply switch ON the voice recording chip-set, then attach the smoke alarm to any target location ceiling where it will remain powered until such a time it is triggered to record upon voice activation. All audio recordings are stored in WAV format to a hidden removable SD card (two (2) GB supplied).

Should you forget to stop the recording, the unit will automatically save the recorded audio once the battery drains without losing any important data - ready for download to your computer a later time / date.

To play back stored recordings simply remove the SD card and play on your computers Window Media Player or any other compatible media player. Recordings can also be stored to your computer, archived or emailed in seconds.

This is a fantastic way to incorporate a covert voice recorder into your home or office environment without arousing any suspicion.
