I'm confused by different versions, whats so good about eBlaster for Mac?

The computer and internet software market is heavily congested and can be a difficult choice for a customer however, we have been advertising the award-winning eBlaster Mac for many years and can guarantee complete customer satisfaction.

If you are looking for a product that requires absolutely NO technical skill and works within five (5) minutes of receiving the software but above all remains completely hidden from the user of the target computer then this will satisfy your every need.

Is it possible to know the software is installed?

eBlaster does not show up as an icon, does not appear in the Windows system tray, does not appear in Windows Programs, does not show up in the Windows task list, cannot be uninstalled without the password you specify, and eBLASTER does not slow down the operation of the computer it is recording. eBlaster does not initiate connections to the Internet and will only forward emails and send activity reports when the monitored computer is already connected to the Internet. All of these features make it extremely difficult for unauthorised users to locate and / or remove the software.

Whats the difference between this eBlaster and the other Spector Pro product?

Let's assume that you are a parent who wants to monitor the Internet activity of your children and that you will be installing eBlaster on the computer that your children use. If you only have very limited access to the computer that your children use, and you want to monitor all activity including websites they are visiting and transcripts of their emails and chat sessions, then eBlaster is the more appropriate product.

That is because there is no physical need to touch the computer again after eBlaster has been installed. You will automatically receive a fully detailed User Activity Report as frequently as every 30 minutes. So, if you are at work whilst your children are at home using the Internet, then you can automatically be notified via email what they are doing.

On the other hand, if you have access to the computer frequently, then Spector Pro is probably the more appropriate product because it will be able to visually show you in exact detail everything the computer user has been doing. Additionally, Spector Pro will continuously take snapshots of what is on the computer screen (much like a video recorder) and allow you to play-back the snapshots in sequence.

Many of our customers choose to get BOTH Spector Pro and eBlaster because they want the convenience of the detailed screen snapshots that Spector Pro provides, but they ALSO want to know when at work what their children are doing online at home, and they don't want to wait until they get home to find out.

What operating system does eBlaster Mac work on?

This software is fully compatible with all Mac operating systems running Leopard, Snow Leopard, Lion, and Mountain Lion.

This is a downloadable product so how quick can I get it?

Once payment is received, we will send you everything you need to get up and running by email. There is no physical product sent in the post which means within minutes you can have the software. Please remember, we can only send you the email during working office hours.

Ive forgotten the administrator password - can I still install eBlaster Mac?

No. You will need administrator privileges (password) in order to install the eBlaster software.

Can I install the same software on more than one (1) computer?

No. You will need another separate and unique license code to activate the software on a different computer. If you use the same license code on two (2) or more different computers, then the software cancels itself out and becomes invalid from further working operation.

How easy to understand are the reports I get?

The reports are incredibly user-friendly. You will be surprised at just how simplified but incredibly detailed the reports are. Every user activity is captured from the moment the computer is switched ON to the very last keystroke!

If the computer is switched OFF will I still get the report?

Let's assume you have told the software to send you a report at 17:00 every day. If the computer is switched OFF at that time, the software waits until the computer is switched ON and then intelligently monitors the internet traffic to send the report undercover to avoid detection. The target user is oblivious.

How do I make further changes without going back to the target computer?

After installing eBlaster, you do not need to visit that computer again because the settings can be adjusted online! Every report includes a Control Panel where you can change many settings including the email address where reports are sent, how frequently reports are sent, decide what computer and Internet activities are recorded, and block additional websites etc.

I want to know what happens straight away!

No problem. Simply change the report timing to send you an exact copy of an email for example; the moment the target user sends or receives an email. You can even receive attachments in emails too! Furthermore, the software intelligently monitors keyword activity for inappropriate content and will automatically inform you if it thinks you need to know immediately!

Can I type certain keywords I want the software to monitor?

Yes. See inappropriate messages from strangers to your children or between employees as they occur! The software keeps you 'in-the-know' by automatically sending you an exact copy of their emails, chats and instant messages once keywords are triggered.

Ive found unsuitable websites that my children frequent daily - what can I do now?

Now that you know which websites they are visiting, the people they are chatting with and what they are chatting about... just click the 'block' button! The website will no longer be accessible.

Will eBlaster record what the user does even without an internet connection?

Yes. Both online and offline user activity is recorded - nothing escapes the softwares ability to capture computer use.

Which email accounts work with eBlaster Mac?

Any email address will work regardless of the email client. There is no IP configuration whatsoever - its as easy as checking your email.

Does it leave any tell-tale traces eBlaster was installed?

No. All installation files are completely erased after being uninstalled.

Does it still record if the computer is in Private Browsing mode?

No. When private browsing the computer isn't able to store information therefore, eBlaster (or any other monitoring software) will not work correctly.

Is computer monitoring legal to use?

Yes. Providing the software is installed to a computer that belongs to you or you have been given permission by the owner of the computer to install.
