Released after extensive in-house development, the ReX8 Mag Mount is a bespoke hand-built unit and one of the most responsive tracking devices available. The unit is completely sealed and waterproof and uses 2 powerful magnets for rapid deployment to vehicle undercarriages or any other valuable asset or can be fixed to non-magnetic undercarriages by using cable ties. Our ReX8 Mag Mount has an impressive battery life upwards of 2 weeks from a single charge and comes supplied ready to track accurately and reliably for complete peace of mind. There are NO messy wires, NO Firmware upgrading, NO software installation, and NO complicated set ups or any other silly nonsense procedures. Just charge and track. Built to satisfy the most demanding tracking needs, the ReX8 will automatically update it's real time location to street level every 15 seconds with unbelievable performance and reliability. The entire unit is completely sealed and looks stunning with only an external ON / OFF switch and charging port for a complete professional finish. Unlike many other leading tracking devices the ReX8 actually draws very low consumption whilst in operation thus combined with an integrated fully rechargeable lithium power pack provides at the very least 2 weeks operational use under optimal conditions. Under our in-house tests we achieved 22 days operational use before a recharge was needed. The super long battery combined with a 12 month standby provides superior reliability to blast ANY competition out of the water!

Pay-As-You-Go tracking.

Control your own tracking costs with the Pay-As-You-Go option. We will seal an unregistered PAYG Vodafone SIM card inside the tracker and supply you with secure Vodafone login details to top-up as and when required. Expect £10 to last approx 2-4 weeks depending on use.

Please Note: All PAYG SIM cards automatically become deactivated without regular use therefore, you must use the tracker at least once every 3 weeks. Should the SIM card become invalidated you will need to return the tracker to us in order that we switch SIM cards and update the tracking console and this procedure will imply additional costs.

Unlimited tracking.

This option allows you to use the tracker unlimited throughout Mainland UK without the worry of top-up costs. For an additional £150 (which is the equivalent to £12.50 per month) the SIM card will be active without any interruption providing peace of mind knowing it doesn't matter how much the tracker is being intensively used the cost is pre-paid and will never rise. The SIM card will NOT become deactivated after inactive periods PLUS the unlimited option means the SIM card is placed on a dedicated network for a much faster performance due to less congestion when compared to the Public network PAYG option.

Our tracking console supports all mobile phone web browsers allowing your ReX8 to be tracked in real time from any handset giving you flexibility even if you do not have access to a computer. What are the ongoing running costs?

Included with the first year of your ReX8 Mag Mount purchase is access to our secure private tracking console. Should you wish to continue using the secure tracking platform for a further ongoing 12 months, there will be a fee of £70 plus VAT. This fee helps contribute towards extensive server use, maintenance, upgrades, the SMS and email notifications, plus behind the scenes dedication to ensure you receive top notch and reliable tracking capabilities.

How long does the battery last?

The internal lithium battery will provide sufficient power to the ReX8 tracker for approx 2 weeks operational use before a recharge is needed. Our in-house testing we achieved 22 days operational use based on 1hrs driving per day. The ReX8 is equipped with a sensitive motion sensor which automatically switches the ReX8 into a low power mode once the vehicle is parked for 10 minutes of non-movement thus maximising the battery power.

Please Note: Take into consideration if driving for more than 1hr per day this will inevitably draw more consumption power and reduce the overall battery charge. Do I have to start upgrading anything later on?
No! The hard work is done by our dedicated servers in real time meaning any updates, firmwares or upgrades are seamlessly integrated and kept in tip top shape. Furthermore, we have secure secondary servers in the unlikely event of any downtime. From a customers perspective, simply login and continue to enjoy uninterrupted tracking.
