2. Customers may make an appointment to come and see us at any time.  We do not operate from a garden shed or spare bedroom, so rest assure you will be greeted with a courteous welcome, a warm smile, and a hot drink – even if you just want to chat we will be delighted to hear from you.

3. We refuse outright to advertise inferior spy equipment.  We absolutely guarantee that we strive to bring you the very best spy equipment in the World.  Remember, if we don’t advertise or stock a particular item then please ask us, we have a Worldwide network of incredible engineers that can custom build many products.

4. We promise to give you good old fashioned honest advice.  We feel it is imperative to fully understand what we sell, and if we think the product is not for you then we will advise you on an alternative solution.  We believe in building up a reputable image with all our customers and that doesn’t stem through giving bad advice just to make a few ££’s.

6. We invest heavily in R&D development in order to take an average spy equipment item and turn it into a unique sought after spy equipment item.  We simply do not do ‘ordinary’ which is why we are proud to be classed as manufacturers as well as suppliers.

Our returns operate under 2% of the total annual sales.  This means we give the right advice and know that the products we advertise work reliably when compared to similar looking products.  You must ask yourself; does a cheaper similar looking product really offer the same quality and reliability?

12. 95% of products are in stock ready to send to you for next working day delivery -  if your order is placed before 14:00 pm.  If you wish to pick-up your item from our offices you are also welcome to do so.  We do not drop-ship, we actually hold the stock we advertise and are happy to demonstrate most products upon request.

13. We send all products to UK customers completely FREE of any packaging and delivery charges on all single or combined orders over £150 (excl VAT).  All orders are securely packaged and we offer a fully tracked delivery service at street level – right to your front door.

14. We do not hype up our prices so we can offer discounts.  We set our prices based on fair policy pricing all year round so the price you see is extremely competitive.  If we cannot budge on price the reason is simply because it is not the same product as seen elsewhere.

15. Your card statement/s will not display ‘Online Spy Shop’ or ‘OSS Technology Ltd’ or by any name in which can be identified other than yourself.

16. We take customer security and fraud prevention seriously.  Our website is encrypted using secure 128-bit SSL socket layer certificates which means your personal information and payment details are totally private and secure.

17. We use the World renown Sagepay payment gateway system to ensure your card details are securely handled and never disclosed.  Our staff do not have access to your card details – your information is encrypted and authorised by your card company and acquiring bank.

18. We do not insist you sign up for newsletters or create login accounts.  This is always optional during the checkout process.

We will never contact you except under circumstances when we need to verify your purchase nor will we send you any marketing material or literature unless you request the information.  We will never share or pass your details onto third parties and only minimum information about your purchase is stored by us in order to process your transaction.

21. We endeavor to reply to all correspondences within 24 hours of your inquiry even outside of normal working hours.  Please Note: GMT time difference for some inquires means this is not possible.

22. Our company is VAT registered.  If you are also VAT registered simply present our purchase invoice to your accountant and claim the current rate VAT back.  If you are outside the EU then no VAT is applicable and this will be automatically deducted before your final payment.

23. Our company is Data Protection registered.  As an additional security procedure we are obliged by the data protection law to protect your identity and purchase information.

24. Our company is fully insured.  All customer purchases are protected against liability.

25.
